The Novice quest Priest in Peril OSRS is the first quest to take place in Morytania. Here is our Priest in Peril quest guide with fast walkthrough and more.
OSRS Priest in Peril quest walkthrough
1. To start the Priest in Peril quest, talk to King Roald in the Varrock Palace.
2. Head to the temple east of Varrock by the river. Knock on the door by right clicking.
3. Climb down the dungeon entrance north of the temple. Kill the temple guardian (level 30).
4. Return to the temple and knock on the door again.
5. Use the Varrock teleport and speak to King Roald.
6. Take 25 Pure essence or Rune essence unnoted, a weapon, a bucket and a Varrock teleport tab. Equip the weapon and leave 1 free inventory space.
7. Return to the temple and open the door. Kill the Monk of Zamorak and obtain a Golden key.
8. Go up to the top floor. Use the talk-through option by right-click the jail door to talk to Drezel.
9. Return to the trapdoor and go through the first door.
10. Study the monuments and find one with a key.
11. Use the golden key on the monument. Then use the bucket on the well in the middle of the monuments.
12. Return to the top floor of the temple.
13. Use the Iron key on the jail door and open it. Speak to Drezel.
14. Use the blessed bucket of water on the coffin.
15. Speak to Drezel again.
16. Return to the trapdoor. Return to the monument room and then go through the gate past it. Speak to Drezel.
17. Give Drezel 50 unnoted rune essence or pure essence. Quest complete!Rewards from Priest in Peril OSRS
